# Business Litigation in Federal Courts Treatise Edited by Partner Robert L. Haig Critically Acclaimed in 116 Published Book Reviews

The Second Edition of *Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts*, of which partner Robert L. Haig is Editor-in-Chief, was recently reviewed in the *Tulsa Lawyer*, the *American Journal of Trial Advocacy* and *The Montana Lawyer*. The eight volume, 9,000 page treatise, published by the American Bar Association Litigation Section and Thomson West, features 96 chapters written by 199 principal authors, including 18 federal judges.

This treatise has been widely recognized as the definitive reference work in this area of law. The Second Edition of the treatise has received a particularly enthusiastic reception from the legal press, reflected in the 113 other favorable book reviews which have previously been published in legal newspapers and bar journals throughout the United States.
