Special counsel Robert L. LeHane was quoted in a *BNA Bankruptcy Law Reporter* article, ​“Conferences: ABI Spring Meeting Discusses Retailers, Real Estate, Asset Sales, DIP Financing.” The article highlighted the issues that were addressed at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 27th Annual Spring Meeting. The article focused on the current economic climate’s impact on retail bankruptcies, real estate and debtor-in-possession financing (DIP). Mr. LeHane discussed how the current environment is affecting landlords, lease assignments and bankruptcy filing.
