# Bloomberg BNA Features Jackson Gilmour & Dobbs Merger

The merger between Kelley Drye and environmental litigation firm Jackson Gilmour & Dobbs, P.C. was featured in the *Bloomberg BNA* article ​“Kelley Drye Merges with Texas Firm.” The article notes that the deal will employ the newly added lawyers in Houston, where the firm will go by Kelley Drye Jackson Gilmour & Dobbs through 2017. New partner [William Jackson](/Our-People/William-J-Jackson) will co-chair the environmental law practice along with partner [William Guerry](/Our-People/William-M-Guerry-Jr). Bill will also be the managing partner of the Texas office. New partner [John Gilmour](/Our-People/John-D-S-Gilmour) will chair the firm’s newly formed environmental litigation practice.
