As *Law360* notes, Kelley Drye’s [environmental practice](https://www.kelleydrye.com/practices/environmental) is deeply involved in PFAS litigation across the country, including a multidistrict litigation related to aqueous film-forming foam. Bill notes that the EPA took an ​“interesting approach,” while acknowledging a blank spot in the rule. “Private water wells are a significant issue because they’re not covered by the rule,” Bill said. ​“And that’s where a lot of the states have brought claims that seek to have defendants pay for the treatment of private wells.
