The *Bankruptcy Law360* article, ​“Borders Wins OK To Hand 200 Stores to Liquidators,” reported on a judge’s approval for Borders Group Inc.‘s plan to close 200 stores. The article noted lawyers for some of Borders’ largest landlords said their clients supported the move. “ ​‘We think in several respects they’re going about it in the appropriate way,’ said [Robert LeHane](/Our-People/Robert-L-LeHane) of Kelley Drye & Warren, who is representing an ad hoc group of major landlords.”
