Associate [Gonzalo Mon](/Our-People/Gonzalo-E-Mon) was quoted by *Spark Media Solutions* in an article titled ​“20 Expert Tips on Running a Contest Powered By Social Media.” In addition to other tips on running successful contests using social media, the article features Gonzalo’s advice to manage the legal risks involved with user generated content. Gonzalo notes that ​“Contests can offer many benefits to companies; however in addition to the legal requirements that apply to all types of contests, there is an inherent risk in putting so much power in the hands of consumers.”
