# Associate Gonzalo Mon Interviewed in Mobile Marketer Article

*Mobile Marketer* featured an interview with Associate [Gonzalo Mon](/Our-People/Gonzalo-E-Mon) in an article titled ​“Florida Attorney General  Reaches $1M  Settlement with Mobile Content Marketer.” The article reports on the $1 million settlement  between Florida’s attorney general and Media Breakaway LLC, a Colorado-based marketer of content for mobile phones. Media Breakaway and its affiliates will have to comply with the attorney general’s guidelines on clear and conspicuous disclosure of material terms in the online marketing of mobile content. In the interview, Gonzalo gives an assessment of the impact that this settlement will have on mobile marketers.
