# *American Shipper* Quotes Partner Paul Rosenthal on Polyester Staple Fiber Investigation

Partner [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) was quoted in the *American Shipper* article ​“Commerce outlines duties for polyester staple fiber imports.” Commerce announced preliminary antidumping duties on imports of polyester staple fiber from China, India, South Korea and Taiwan. ​“We are pleased with the overall strong antidumping duty determinations in each of these four cases,” Paul said. ​“The margins support what the domestic fine denier PSF industry has experienced for years – the growing presence of dumped merchandise from China, India, Korea, and Taiwan in the U.S. market.”

The petitioners, Auriga Polymers, DAK Americas and Nan Ya Plastics Corp. America, are represented by Paul.
