# Alysa Hutnik Featured in Podcast on Healthline Media Settlement

Partner and Privacy and Information Security practice group chair [Alysa Hutnik](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/alysa-z-hutnik) was featured in episode 85 of Ketch’s weekly data privacy podcast, *Privacy Huddle*. The episode, titled ​“Takeaways from the California AG’s latest settlement (Healthline Media),” covers a recent Healthline settlement under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other real-world challenges like misconfigured tech, outdated signals, sensitive data in plain sight, and the need for constant verification—not just one-time fixes.

“I think we have been consistent that opt-outs are the number one enforced issue, and that continues to be the case. There’s good intentions by so many privacy practitioners and compliance practitioners, but actually doing it right is just a gap for a lot of companies.”
