# Albany County Bar Association Newsletter Reviews Second Edition of Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts Treatise Edited by Partner Robert L. Haig

The Second Edition of *Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts*, of which partner [Robert Haig](/Our-People/Robert-L-Haig) is Editor-in-Chief, was reviewed in the July 2009 issue of the *Albany County Bar Association Newsletter*. The eight volume, 6,000 page treatise, published by Thomson West, features 88 chapters written by 121 principal authors. The review stated that ​“Mr. Haig is Co-Chair of the Commercial Courts Task Force appointed by former Chief Judge Kaye to create and refine the Commercial Division. He also worked with a number of Albany lawyers to create the Commercial Division in Albany County.”
