# Aaron Rosenfeld Featured in Commercial Property Executive

Partner [Aaron Rosenfeld](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/aaron-d-rosenfeld) was featured in *Commercial Property Executive*​’s recent article about Finmarc Management’s sale of a 383,000-square-foot retail center in Raleigh, NC. Aaron provided legal assistance to Finmarc Management as they sold Capital Marketplace for $80.6 million. As *Commercial Property Executive* reports, ​“the transaction resulted in a 39 percent premium for the seller” above the $58 million it paid for the asset in 2021.
