The program will provide a practical framework for responding to a civil investigative demand or demand letter related to AI tools from a state attorney general. Attendees will learn to assess legal and multistate exposure, protect privilege, narrow investigative demands, and make strategic decisions during the first 30 days to help resolve inquiries cooperatively and avoid escalation.
