# Women At KDW: Paths to Partnership Panel

On March 17, 2016, the Women At KDW held a firm wide panel discussion entitled ​“Women At KDW: Paths to Partnership,” which featured partners [Pam Kaplan](/Our-People/Pamela-D-Kaplan) (NY) and [Lauri Mazzuchetti](/Our-People/Lauri-A-Mazzuchetti) (NJ) as panelists. The event was open to all associates and special counsel. The Women At KDW firmwide leadership served as both coordinators and moderators for the event: associates [Elizabeth Johnson](/Our-People/Elizabeth-C-Johnson) (DC), [Jaclyn Metzinger](/Our-People/Jaclyn-M-Metzinger) (NY), and [Jennifer Raviele](/Our-People/Jennifer-D-Raviele) (NY). Each panelist discussed their career paths to partnership at Kelley Drye and shared meaningful advice with those present about professional development. It was a great opportunity for all attorneys to receive advice about furthering their brand and careers.
