Partner Julian Solotorovsky participated in a panel discussion regarding government investigations, how agencies such as the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission share information about companies and individuals they are investigating, and the disclosure options and appropriate courses of action for companies in dealing with parallel proceedings.
