Partner Nicholas Panarella presented at the Second Annual Compliance & Ethics Event hosted by the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (“ACCA”). As part of a panel of speakers, Mr. Panarella discussed the attorney/client privilege in internal investigations, one of the ethical issues raised by the hypothetical situation presented at the seminar.
