On March 26, 2014 partner [John E. Villafranco](/Our-People/John-E-Villafranco) spoke at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C. He was the chair and moderator for the session ​“When ADR, Self-Regulation and Litigation Collide,” which discussed how courts have treated NAD rulings, what happens when the same issues arise in a different forum, and the use of cy pres funds following Kellogg, as a matter of law and policy.
