# Virtual Innovations: Efficient Justice in Business and Commercial Litigation

Partner [Robert Haig ](/Our-People/Robert-L-Haig)will moderate a panel hosted by the American Bar Assocation that will focus on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on business and commercial litigation. The program will cover strategies that courts and pracitioners are developing to overcome obstacles to achieve new efficiencies. The format for the program will be a 60-minute interactive panel discussion in which the panelists will respond to questions from the moderator. All of the panelists are authors of chapters in the Section of Litigation’s critically-acclaimed fourteen volume treatise, entitled Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts.
