On January 17, 2013 partner **Chip Yorkgitis** presented the EUCI Web conference, ​“Utility Pole Attachments: Understanding the Current Order & Industry Impacts.” This webinar briefly defined the FCC’s April 2011 Order on Pole Attachment and thoroughly examined the issues raised in connection with the appeal of the order revamping the pole attachment formula and other federal rules governing pole attachment access and rates. It also identified various state certification and regulation.
