Cooperman](/Our-People/Jonathan-K-Cooperman), litigation partner at Kelley Drye, will present on ​“Trends in Class Action Litigation” as part of *New Jersey Law Journal*​’s In-House Counsel CLE Program. With close to 30 years of experience, Mr. Cooperman has focused his practice on class action defense and will discuss the current legal landscape (which industries are most susceptible to class actions) and key considerations for counsel litigating class actions.
