# Third Annual Chicago Competition Law Forum: Developments in Antitrust Law

Kelley Drye partner [Sean Farrell](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/sean-m-farrell) was a speaker in a fireside chat at the Third Annual Chicago Competition Law Forum, organized by the American Bar Association and the University of Chicago Law School.

The theme of this year’s program was ​“Whistleblower Rewards in Antitrust Cases.” Panelists explored who is likely to come forward under the new regime, the rewards and protections available to whistleblowers, and how these incentives intersect with existing leniency policies. The conversation also addressed how the program is expected to influence enforcement priorities and reshape the competitive landscape.
