Partner [Sean Farrell](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/sean-m-farrell) will speak in a webinar hosted by the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Section’s Cartel & Criminal Practice Committee examining grand jury practice in criminal investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division. The panel will explore the policies and mechanics of grand jury investigations, strategic considerations for companies and individuals involved in government investigations, witness preparation and Fifth Amendment issues, cooperation and leniency strategies under the DOJ’s Corporate Leniency Program, and the interplay between parallel civil and criminal proceedings.
