Partner [Lauri Mazzuchetti](/Our-People/Lauri-A-Mazzuchetti) spoke at the Federal Communications Bar Association event ​“The TCPA and Robocalls: Recent Developments and the Road Ahead.” Lauri’s panel, ​“Recent Developments in the Courts,” reviewed recent opinions that discuss what constitutes an automatic telephone dialing system under the TCPA, First Amendment issues, the interpretation of ​“called party,” the regulatory classification of text messages, and the scope of ​“unsolicited advertisements” under the TCPA.
