On October 12, 2010 partner Dana B. Rosenfeld co-moderated a telephonic program titled ​“The Revised FTC Green Guides: A Summary from the FTC.” The program provided an overview of the released revisions of the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides for the Use of Environmental Marketing Claims.
