The National Defense Authorization Act (the comprehensive legislation to authorize the budget authority of the Department of Defense and the national security programs of the Department of Energy) is expected to be passed by Congress in the 2nd week of December. Please join us for a comprehensive breakdown of what is contained in the bill as well as analysis of the implications for the defense industry.
