Special counsel [Valerie Sheaffer](/Our-People/Valerie-L-Sheaffer) is moderating an after-work CRE Finance Council seminar being held in Kelley Drye’s New York office. The seminar presents the importance of identifying, quantifying, and controlling environmental risks across commercial real estate lending transactions; including those involved in CMBS, balance sheet loan originations and warehouse financing. The panel will be made up of industry professionals including without limitation to those from USI Insurance Services, Moody’s Investors Service, and Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.
