On March 20, 2018, special counsel [Patricia Werner](/Our-People/Patricia-L-Werner) was a panelist for a St. John’s Tobin Alumni Association event, ​“The Entrepreneur Life.” The panelists took a look inside the exciting life of an entrepreneur and the life cycle of a business. They discussed everything from determining a big idea, proof of concept, legal formation and organization, intellectual property protection, scalability, growth and the sale of a business. A Q&A session followed.
