Partner [Bill Jackson](/Our-People/William-J-Jackson) is a co-chair at the upcoming LSI Advanced Natural Resource Damages Seminar in Santa Fe, NM on July 14, 2022. In addition, he will be presenting on ​“The Emerging Role and Increasing Powers of States and Tribes” panel. The panel will discuss implications of shrinking federal jurisdiction: State AGs, Tribes, and private practitioners driving litigation on key environmental matters; NRD Trustees and their role in NRD claims if there is a federal retreat from ​“Waters of the US” and air emissions.
