January brought in a new Congress and Administration, but the laws governing how to communicate with federal government officials still apply.

In this 30 minute webinar, political law attorneys [David Frulla](/Our-People/David-E-Frulla) and [Jeff Hunter](/Our-People/Jeffrey-J-Hunter) will give a refresher on the basics of political law compliance, including what you need to know before reaching out to federal government employees; how the lobbying laws apply to your industry; how to handle PAC and campaign contributions; and some strategies for developing and maintaining a compliance program.

This interactive session will use real-world lobbying scenarios and strategies to demonstrate how proactive compliance can help you focus on the outcome, not the forms.
