Special Counsel [Lauren Shah](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/lauren-h-shah) will present ​“The Demise of the Chevron Doctrine” at the *SMIA* Safety & Health Committee Meeting. Lauren will discuss the impacts of the Supreme Court’s decision in *Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo*, overruling *Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council*, which established the Chevron doctrine.
