On April 20th, Kelley Drye’s Real Estate practice group is hosting a CRE Finance Council seminar called ​“Technology as a Disrupter in CRE.” The discussion will address how technology is changing the CRE finance industry, how investors can use ​“big data” to spot opportunities and manage risk, and how investors can innovate on the back of tech innovation.
