Energy Future Holdings (EFH) is one of the largest bankruptcy proceedings in the history of the industry, and involves some very non-traditional moves such as breaking out some assets into a REIT. Where does it stand at this point? What might happen in the near-to-midterm? This presentation will discuss the challenges that remain, and what the implications are for the ERCOT market.
