Of Counsel Jodie Z. Bernstein participated in a panel discussion hosted by the ABA Private Advertising Litigation, Consumer Protection, Economics, Civil Practice & Procedure and Trial Practice Committees on March 8, 2010. The panel discussed the preliminary report from Northwestern Law’s Searle Civil Justice Institute (SCJI) on State Consumer Protection Acts: An Empirical Investigation of Private Litigation. The presentation included a discussion of the data and substantive legal analysis underlying the report and its preliminary conclusions, as well as next steps for the project.
