The 2018 ANA Advertising Law & Public Policy Conference will focus on how lawyers must partner with their clients to find new and innovative ways to say ​“yes,” rather than point out all of the pitfalls that may lay in the weeds as marketers struggle to gain share. Partner [John Villafranco](/Our-People/John-E-Villafranco) will serve on the ​“Shifting Ground Beneath Your Feet” panel which will discuss what has changed at the FTC and what remains the same with nearly a year into the Trump administration.
