# Section 232: Where Are We and What Comes Next for Steel and Autos?

The Trump Administration has invoked Section 232 four times, imposing tariffs or quotas on imports of steel and aluminum and is now investigating auto and uranium imports. Kelley Drye partner [John Herrmann](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/John-M-Herrmann-II) will join this Trade Talk, hosted by The Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT) and the [Customs and International Trade Bar Association (CITBA)](https://www.citba.org/), to discuss the implications for steel and autos from domestic and international perspectives, including litigation, retaliation, and economic effects.
