On September 24, 2015, partner [Geoffrey W. Castello](/Our-People/Geoffrey-W-Castello) will participate in the ​“Resolving a Case: Damages Models, Comcast Implications,” panel at the FDLI Conference on Food Advertising and Litigation. This panel will discuss ways to resolve a case, including recent trends in economic modeling such as regression analysis and metrics for calculations. Speakers will also address Comcast implications and other key issues, including ascertainability and big data.
