Stone](/Our-People/Merrill-B-Stone) was a speaker for the Legal Development Panel discussing the following legal issues ​“Recent Developments Under the JOBS Act” and ​“Issues Relating to Transfer Agent Responsibilities.” The Securities Transfer Association Annual Meeting and Conference was held at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples, Florida on October 22-25, 2013.
