[Bob Haig](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Robert-L-Haig) spoke on a CLE panel titled, ​“Recent Developments in NY Corporate Law 2023” hosted by the New York County Lawyers Association (NYCLA). NYCLA’s Corporate Law Committee and Center for Corporate Governance hosted the panel that covered interesting cases the panelists have worked on, recent developments in corporate law, the duty of corporate oversight by directions and more. Bob’s co-panelists were Hon. Robert S. Smith (Ret.), Gregory Markel and Moderator Gerard Mantese.
