Partner [Matt Luzadder](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/matthew-c-luzadder) joined a panel titled, RDFI Liability: You Be the Judge, a session discussing recent court rulings related to RDFI liabilities for fraudulent transactions. Following the presentation, audience members will be adjudicating the specifics of a fictional scenario and plead their cases to a panel of judges who handed down decisions based on the arguments presented.
