Partner [Robert L. LeHane](/Our-People/Robert-L-LeHane) presented ​“Protecting Your Company in Bankruptcy… especially in New York and Delaware” at the Texas Lawyer’s In-House Counsel Summit series. The CLE events present sessions on the best practices for in-house counsel in a variety of practice areas. The 4.5 hour CLE program (including .75 ethics) provided insight and practical advice on how to manage the workload of corporate legal departments.
