On September 2, 2014 partner [Thomas W. Cohen](/Our-People/Thomas-W-Cohen) spoke at Fiber to the Home’s event ​“Preparing to File for the FCC’s Rural Broadband Experiments.” The panel will discuss the Federal Communications Commission’s recent decision to allocate $100M to fund Rural Broadband Experiments, seeking to bring higher bandwidth to previously unserved or underserved price cap areas. Mr. Cohen will review the rules and explain what is needed to file a potential winning application.
