Partner Kathleen W. Cannon was a speaker at the 2010 International Trade Update on February 25, 2009. The event was hosted in Washington, D.C. at the Georgetown University Law Center. The annual International Trade Update is an event that provides important knowledge about the latest significant cases, regulations and practice trends in international trade and customs law.

Ms. Cannon participated in a panel discussion titled, ​“Practice Before the U.S. International Trade Commission: What You Need to Know to Succeed.” The panel discussed Commission and judicial decisions flowing from the *Bratsk* decision, effective practice before the Commission, and how the U.S. ITC analyzes injury during this economic downturn.
