West Legalworks Webinar

Partner David E. Frulla participated as a presenter in a West Legalworks’ webinar titled, ​“Political Activity, Lobbying Laws, and Gift Rules: Developments for 2008.” Mr. Frulla discussed changes to the federal ethics rules, including rules relating to gifts.

The webinar was presented in conjunction with the publishing of the third edition of West Legalwork’s Political Activity, Lobbying Laws, and Gift Rules Guide. Mr. Frulla co-wrote a chapter for the book titled, ​“Executive and Congressional Gift and Ethics Rules.”
