Partner [Bill Jackson](/Our-People/William-J-Jackson) will be presenting virtually on ​“PFAS Litigation: Past, Present, and Future,” a panel for the American Bar Association’s Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee.

Litigation concerning PFAS – also known as ​“forever chemicals” – is expanding in an unprecedented manner. This webinar will cover the PFAS litigation landscape, including the beginning of PFAS litigation two decades, the present scope of PFAS litigation, and where we expect PFAS litigation to expand in the near future.
