Partner Barbara Hoey presented ​“Wage and Hour Law: What You Need to Know to Avoid Penalties and Lawsuits” at the New York Association of Homes and Hospitals for the Aging (NYAHSA) Spring Training Institute at the Saratoga Hotel and Conference Center. The subject was recent developments in FLSA class actions for health care employers. There were 300 facilities represented, with well over 500 executives in attendance.
