# Partner Participates as Panelist for Lorman Teleconference

Partner Barbara Hoey was a panelist for the Lorman Education Services teleconference, ​“RIDs, Layoffs and Reductions in Force.” The program highlighted the process of planning and implementing a layoff or reduction in force and the complexities and risks that may result. Ms. Hoey discussed how to properly handle layoffs in order to prevent lawsuits and legal liability.
