On May 8, 2019, partner [Pamela Bruzzese-Szczygiel](/Our-People/Pamela-Bruzzese-Szczygiel) spoke at the Women in Law Summit on a panel that looked at female and minority leaders, litigators, and deal makers. Panelists explored new opportunities for women and minority lawyers, the obstacles and challenges faced in pursuit of a legal career, the key to maintaining and/or achieving work/life balance, and the biggest changes as more women and minorities move into leadership roles at law firms and within corporations. Other panelists included Andowah Newton, VP of Legal Affairs at LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc., Anta Cisse-Green, Associate GC of Development at MY Langone Health, and Sapna Palla, a partner at Wiggin & Dana.
