# Partner Addresses Fair Labor Standards Act Issues for Health Care Employers

Partner Barbara Hoey presented before the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration a program entitled, ​“The Fair Labor Standards Act - Problems & Pitfalls for the Health Care Employer.” Barbara addressed a wide range of related topics to labor and wage and hour compliance, including recent settlements related to the FLSA, new developments in the healthcare industry and ways to conduct an FLSA audit to avoid FLSA-related issues.
