On April 10, 2014 special counsel [Wayne J. D’Angelo](/Our-People/Wayne-J-D-Angelo) spoke at the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. Mr. D’Angelo’s session was titled ​“Offshore Issues: A Look Ahead,” and he discussed the application of the Endangered Species Act and its potential impact on offshore industries.
