Partner [Chip Yorkgitis](/Our-People/Chip-Yorkgitis) will present ” Near-Term Solutions for Meeting Increasing Capacity Requirements & Managing Bandwidth Resources for Wireless Communications” at UTC Telecom and Technology 2016. This session will focus on possible solutions to the wireless communications challenges for utilities. Specifically, it will examine hybrid SCADA communication networks using software defined radios, which may allow utilities to integrate various types of technologies into one cohesive network. Mr. Yorkgitis will describe how utilities may be able to manage their increasing wireless capacity requirements by using fiber infrastructure.
