On August 12, 2021, partner [Bill Jackson](/Our-People/William-J-Jackson) will be moderating and presenting on ​“Navigating the New Political Landscape: Prospects for New Regulations and the Impact on Claims Involving Perfluorinated Chemicals (PFAS),” at the Law Seminar International’s 14th Annual Advanced Natural Resource Damages Seminar. This panel will give an update on the Biden Administration and state initiatives to regulate PFAS and adopt drinking water and other standards, and will also discuss how these initiatives affect NRD claims.
